VenuKiosk is based on fundamental procedures, to answer and provide fundamental solutions to everyday Sales, Marketing & Promotional issues.

We were in a restaurant one day, noticed the specials board was handwritten in chalk. This was totally illegible, making us feel embarrassed to ask the waiting team what it actually said, as we didn't know who's handwriting it was.

We then noticed a flat screen television on the wall, simply doing nothing but showing BBC News Channel.

DING (lightbulb moment)

VenuKiosk was born. Why not have a web based system that not only lets you and your kitchen keep on top what your clients see as the specials, but why not use it to advertise events, notices, announcements, and discounts.

We experimented with our local boozer, The Cradock Arms, for a few months. We now have version 2.0 that is fully compatible with mobile devices, cash register displays and televisions that have a minimum of an HDMI cable.

After speaking to some friends who were in business themselves, and had been approached by vendors marketing their wares , we realised that digital marketing had a very shady reputation.

"You will need to buy this monitor for £2,500 in order to show the ads, you will then recieve 60% of all advertising revenue that we sell to display on your monitor"

Needless to say, no adverts were ever sold and all the monitor was good for was to display your own Microsoft Presentations.

At this point, we decided that VenuKiosk would have to run through a TV that was owned by the establishment wishing to use VenuKiosk. This would eliminate ANY scam element from our sales process. The only thing we provide is the VenuKase. A smart box that turns your TV into an Android internet browser. This will not cost more than £50! This is a real web portal for you to administer everything on the system without a degree in Photoshop or excel.
